Privacy policy

FirmWrangler ("we", "us") is operated from London, United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal data we collect through firmwrangler.com, why, and what your rights are under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

Booking a call. The booking calendar on our site is provided by Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email address and any notes you add, and shares them with us so we can hold the call. Calendly may set its own cookies when the calendar loads. Calendly's privacy policy governs its processing.

Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track individual visitors. It records page views, referrers and device type in aggregate.

Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes your IP address and request headers to deliver the page and protect it against abuse, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

We do not set cookies ourselves, run advertising trackers, or sell personal data.

Why we process it

To respond to your enquiry and hold the call you booked (steps taken at your request before a contract), and to understand how the site is used (our legitimate interest in running it).

How long we keep it

Booking details are kept while we are in contact about potential work, and deleted within 12 months of the last contact if no engagement follows. Aggregate analytics contain no personal data.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, or object to our processing of it. Email agent@firmwrangler.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated.
