Questions we're often asked

What does it cost?

Each project has a fixed price, agreed in writing before we start. It depends on how many tools are involved and how complex the process is. You'll have the number after the first call. Support after handover is optional and billed monthly.

How does the free trial work?

Once it's built, the system runs in your business for 14 days. We pay every cost during that time: software, hosting, phone lines and AI usage. At the end, you decide whether it's worth paying for. If it isn't, you owe nothing.

How long does a project take?

Most single-process projects take two to four weeks to build, plus the 14-day trial. You'll see a working demo every week.

What if it breaks?

Systems are built to stop and alert a person when something unexpected happens, rather than carry on with bad data. Every handover includes documentation, and optional support covers fixes and changes.

Do we own what you build?

Yes. Accounts, workflows and code belong to you from day one. Nothing is locked to us.

Do you work in my industry?

Yes. We work across industries. If your team repeats a task between tools, we can look at it.

Which tools do you work with?

Most business software with an API, including n8n, Make, Zapier, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Where no-code tools fall short, we write code.

What happens to our data?

It stays in your accounts wherever possible. We access only what the project needs, and remove our access at handover unless you've chosen ongoing support.

Do we need to change the software we use?

Usually not. We build on the tools you already have. If a tool is costing more than it's worth, we'll tell you.

Can we start small?

Yes, and we recommend it. Start with one process, see the result in the trial, then decide what's next.
